Jorge Bernal, our Internet of Music and Life Things Engineer

Today we start a series of articles about amplía)))’s employees to get to know them better. They are the soul of the company!

And the guinea pig for opening this series is … Jorge Bernal, our Internet of Music and life Things (IoMLT) Engineer. A concept that combines his two passions: the Internet of Things and the Music.

Telecommunications engineer, father of two girls and a hardworking person in the north wing of the office. He is in charge of developing the product “OpenGate Device Management” at amplía))). On his computer and his mind you will always see him analyzing the features and problems of the core platform (operations management, identification of incoming events, connectors, etc …) as well as coordinating and managing the team that will implement and solve these issues.

A restless innovative, creative thinker, attentive to detail, tough and perfectionist in his work. Somewhat shy, he feels uncomfortable when he is the center of attention but his perseverance and dedication is transmitted to each of the members of the team!

Outside the office, you will see with his guitar. He plays this instrument since he was a child. He is the guitarist of the Azules band, a spanish pop, indie group, with soft harmonies and melodies that invite to dance everybody. On October 17, they launch their first album “Universal Trip” ( Viaje Universal in spanish) with a live concert in the local Taboo in Madrid.

Please visit their web site to listen the eleven singles of Universal Trip. Enjoy!
