Smart energy
ECO-DC is a hardware-software energy efficiency platform of Data Processing Centers (DC), developing a comprehensive system of monitoring and intelligent control of temperature and humidity in wireless mode, interacting on refrigeration systems platform.
It is based on the cooling capacity can dynamically adapt thanks to its adaptive algorithm, both the instantaneous thermal load dependent on the workload of the DC, as structural changes in the DC itself. In addition, to adapt to this dynamic, is integrated management systems communications and electricity consumption.
This project is funded by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, within the National Scientific Research, Development and Technological Innovation Plan, with file number TSI 020302-2010-49.
